A 2026 study conducted by researchers from Indonesian universities reveals that leadership, work motivation, and the work environment significantly influence employee performance. Amid increasing competition in the modern workplace, companies are required to go beyond individual capabilities and build systems that support sustainable performance. Effective leadership, strong motivation, and a supportive work environment emerge as critical factors in maintaining high employee productivity.
The study applied a quantitative approach by collecting data from employees and analyzing it using statistical methods to examine relationships between variables. It focused on three main aspects: leadership style, level of work motivation, and work environment conditions in relation to employee performance.
